I help when

  • you deploy by hand and it's stressful
  • your pipelines break without warning
  • your infrastructure can't be repeated
  • creating an environment depends on one person
  • you do repetitive tasks by hand
  • your platform grew and Vercel is no longer enough
  • you learn about failures from your users
  • something else breaks and you don't know where to start

I'm Kevin Gomez, a DevOps engineer with 6 years of experience.

For freelancers, small teams, startups and mid-size or large companies.

Every project has its own budget. I'll shape a proposal that fits yours.

  • This is for you if…

    • You deploy by hand and every release is stressful
    • Your pipelines are slow or break without warning
    • You use several CI/CD tools and want to unify them

Pipelines that test, build and deploy on their own, with Git-based continuous delivery. I also migrate what you have today to a tool your team can maintain.

  • This is for you if…

    • Your infrastructure was created by hand and nobody knows how to repeat it
    • You're launching a new project and have nowhere to run it
    • Your development and production environments don't match

Environments built from scratch and defined as code, so they can be repeated and reviewed.

  • This is for you if…

    • Your platform grew and Vercel is no longer enough
    • You need more control over your infrastructure and environments
    • You worry about interrupting your users during the migration

I move your application from Vercel to AWS in a planned way, so you keep growing on infrastructure you control.

  • This is for you if…

    • Your app works on one machine but not on another
    • You want to scale without setting up servers by hand
    • You're not sure whether Kubernetes or ECS fits you

Your applications packaged and running on Kubernetes or ECS.

  • This is for you if…

    • Creating a repository or an environment depends on one person
    • Every team sets things up its own way
    • You want your developers to move on their own, with clear rules

APIs and automation so your team can create repositories and infrastructure without depending on anyone.

  • This is for you if…

    • You do repetitive tasks by hand between your tools
    • You want an AI agent to use your APIs or data in a controlled way
    • You need skills or MCP servers tailored to your team

I build automations with n8n and artifacts for AI agents, such as skills and MCP servers, so your team works faster.

  • This is for you if…

    • You learn about failures from your users
    • You have many alerts and almost none are useful
    • You don't know how much traffic your system takes before it falls over

Metrics, logs, dashboards and alerts to see what happens in production, and load tests to know how far your system holds.

Real projects

Four real jobs, told without company names.

  1. CI/CD migration

Around 150 microservices, one per GitHub repository, across 3 environments. Mostly Java.

What I did: I migrated builds from CodeBuild to GitHub Actions and deployments from Spinnaker to ArgoCD.

    Technologies of the services

    JavaNode.jsNext.jsReactPHP

  2. AWS infrastructure from scratch

A small project: two frontends (an admin and the user-facing site) and a backend.

What I did: I built the infrastructure from scratch: frontends, backend and database, with networking, security and basic monitoring configured.

  3. Cost control

Keeping network spend in check on AWS: services that only needed to talk to ECR and RDS never needed internet access.

What I did: I replaced the NAT gateways with VPC endpoints for those services, and set up resource consumption alerts (FinOps).

Watch how I explain paying less on Vercel
  4. Self-service internal platform

A REST API and a CLI to provision application resources in a simple way.

What I did: I built an API that uses the GitHub and AWS APIs and SDKs to create repositories and infrastructure, and a CLI as the interface for users.
